What is AZO?
AZO is a social app where people create and vote on head-to-head battles about pop culture — music, movies, food, sports moments, and anything else worth arguing about. Create a battle, watch the votes come in, and see which side wins.
AZO uses a virtual currency called Sparks. Sparks pay for extra votes beyond your free daily allowance, extra battles, longer-running battles, and boosting a battle's visibility. Sparks are for use inside AZO only and have no monetary value.

AZO is not an election app, a polling service, or a survey tool. It is not affiliated with any government, election authority, political party, campaign, or research organisation.
Votes cast in AZO are entertainment only. They are not scientific, not representative, not audited, and must not be used for elections, referendums, official polling, opinion research, or any decision of public consequence.
Battles about real people that target their appearance, or that harass or demean any individual or group, are not allowed and will be removed.
Common Questions
I bought Sparks but they haven't appeared
Sparks are usually credited within seconds, but occasionally the App Store takes a few minutes to confirm a purchase. Close and reopen the Sparks screen to refresh. If they still haven't arrived after 15 minutes, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund for Sparks?
All purchases are handled by the Apple App Store, so refunds have to go through Apple — we're unable to issue them ourselves. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How many free votes and battles do I get?
Five free votes every day, and one free battle every day. Both reset daily and don't roll over. Beyond that, extra votes cost 10 Sparks each and extra battles cost 25 Sparks each. Battles running longer than three days also cost Sparks — the prices are shown when you create one.
How do I report a battle or a user?
Tap the ••• button on any battle card and choose Report this battle, then pick a reason. You can also report someone from their profile.
We review every report within 24 hours, remove anything that breaks our rules, and suspend or remove the account responsible.
How do I block someone?
Tap the ••• button on any of their battles and choose Block, or block them from their profile. All of their battles disappear from your feed immediately, and we're alerted to review their content.
You can also choose Hide this battle if you'd rather just skip one battle without blocking the person.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send a 6-digit code — type it into the app and you can set a new password straight away. If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account?
Open AZO and go to Profile → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, battles, votes, comments, and followers. Any unused Sparks are lost and cannot be refunded.
Who can use AZO?
AZO is rated 13+. If you're between 13 and 17, you should only use AZO with a parent or guardian's permission, and only make purchases with their approval.
