What is AZO?
AZO is a social app where people create and vote on head-to-head battles about pop culture — music, movies, food, sports moments, and anything else worth arguing about. Create a battle, watch the votes come in, and see which side wins.
AZO uses a virtual currency called Sparks for extra votes, boosting a battle's visibility, and gifting other users. Sparks are for use inside AZO only and have no monetary value.
AZO is not an election app, a polling service, or a survey tool. It is not affiliated with any government, election authority, political party, campaign, or research organisation.
Votes cast in AZO are entertainment only. They are not scientific, not representative, not audited, and must not be used for elections, referendums, official polling, opinion research, or any decision of public consequence.
Battles about real people that target their appearance, or that harass or demean any individual or group, are not allowed and will be removed.
Common Questions
I bought Sparks but they haven't appeared
Sparks are usually credited within seconds, but occasionally the App Store takes a few minutes to confirm a purchase. Close and reopen the Sparks screen to refresh. If they still haven't arrived after 15 minutes, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund for Sparks?
All purchases are handled by the Apple App Store, so refunds have to go through Apple — we're unable to issue them ourselves. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
Open AZO and go to Profile → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, battles, votes, comments, and followers. Any unused Sparks are lost and cannot be refunded.
How do I report a battle or user?
Use the report option on any battle in the app, or email us with a description and we'll review it.
Who can use AZO?
AZO is rated 13+. If you're between 13 and 17, you should only use AZO with a parent or guardian's permission, and only make purchases with their approval.
